Didn't ship, and said beginning of up coming week. Did not ship. Advised going out that day, and did not. Described when 1st contacted I didn't treatment, but must be presented updates, and all I obtained was lies about when it would ship. They did not reply to two e-mails times apart. Asked for refund heading into 4th week without any explanations
